This taper was designed especially for western rivers where delicate presentations are required in windy conditions.  Accurate casts can be made with the WindCutter II with just the tip of the rod for a very tight loop; for windy conditions or when distance is subtle takes when fishing emergers subsurface and also facilitates quick leader changes.  The AgentX coating and XS Technology delivers smooth, easy casts in coldwater fishing conditions, and the two-coloured line shows exactly the loading point of the head.
