Fred’s Custom Tackle, a local landmark established in 1978, is located in the heart of the Fraser Valley, Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada world renowned for Salmon, Steelhead and Sturgeon fishing. This is where Fred Helmer, founder and owner of Fred's Custom Tackle, grew up fishing with his father and grandfather on the famous Fraser, Chilliwack and Vedder Rivers.
Fred's enthusiasm, dedication and passion for the recreational fishery evolved into a career where he is proud to showcase his retail and guiding operation, attracting people from all over the world.
